RESULTS of TAKE THE 15 SECOND GOOD BOSS - BAD BOSS TEST
Well I said I would come back to you with the results (my own
'paint the fence') from the 'Good Boss 15 second test' this
week and here it is.

The result was much more positive than other similar surveys I
have seen but I am mindful that a number of our contributors will
be or have had some training in the area of delivering on
expectations in recent years.
You will note we had an even number of Bosses and
Employees respond but check out how differently they see things.
approx 50% of Employees think it is unlikely to happen and only 12%
of bosses felt that way. A couple of things to think
about.
- It was a simple question with graphically different answers so
who is right?
- Even taking the 'combined position' 30% do not believe it
will happen. What are the consequences of this disbelief?
