Too good to be true? No this really happened last month in NZ in a retail store that is also a local agency for a national organisation. The team decided to initiate a  sales conversation with every visitor they had in their store for a month and had such a dramatic effect that when the National Organisation was collating the statistics the shop was told that they had added up their results wrong.
