Deon Aldridge

Deon was once dubbed the 'Best aluminium joinery sales person in New Zealand'. Not only did he have exceptional - personal sales success in a very competitive building industry but Deon replicated his own standards in his sales team who went on to achieve exceptional growth.

The sales team out sold production capacity and Deon was asked to re-engineer the factory - as it suffered from low morale and at best was achieving very average performance. After implementing the same high personal work standards; engaging the staff; and weeding out some people that did not want to be there; the business became a substantial New Zealand window manufacturer.

He moved to Timaru with his wife and 2 children over 14 years ago and after inheriting the oldest window business in New Zealand, led a 9 month exceptional change in fortunes for that company by increasing sales, production and profitability performance.

In the last 9 years he has worked with many business owners from a wide range of industries including Cinema, Construction & Construction Supply Businesses, Financial Institutions, Forestry, Farming, Transport, Manufacturing, Service and a number of Sales Teams including Retail & Trade Sales.

He implements practical - positive change through his own business HEBRON. While the main Hebron office is based in Dunedin; there are however clients from all over New Zealand and recently Australia.

Deon is an accomplished Mentor, Coach, Advisor, Presenter and Sales Trainer; and when not working on someone's business; is enjoying life on his 70 acre farm in Timaru.
